Again a free GPRS setting. This time every one is getting their network ready for 3G and that is why there are many loop holes that are working as proxy for free GPRS. Please setup the mobile phone to use the proxy setting as provided below.

Please double check the setting. The First time internet will not connect on some phones. Restart the phone and try again, this time it will take some time but will be working in few minutes. enjoy.
