DISK DEFRAGMENTATION
Windows Disk Defragmenter Utility let you "re-organize" the used spaces of your hard drives. You can think of your hard drive as a drawer with full of stuffs that you just dump in again and again. The problem is, when you need to find something from that drawer, you might need to spend a good amount of time to search through the mess. Same for the Windows operating system, your hard drive is the messy drawer, and Windows just has to search through it to execute your command. So it's time to re-organize it to make your PC run faster.
The defragmentation process might take a very long time, depending on the usage size of your hard drive. To clean up your PC and to speed up the defragmentation process, it is recommended to do a drive cleanup prior to the defragmentation. For information how to do a disk Cleanup, see this post
Most likely, operating and application files are stored in your "C drive", but it doesn't hurt to do a cleanup + defragmentation on all of your hard drives every once in awhile.

HIDE ALL DRIVES FROM MY COMPUTER
Today I am going to post about how to hide the drives(c:,d:,e:,...etc) in Ur Computer.
This is a great trick you can play on your friends computer. To disable the display of local or networked drives when you click My Computer.
Go to Start -> Run(use short cut as Microsoft button+r)
Type regedit
Now go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Now in the right pane, create a new DWORD item and name it NoDrives (it is case sensitive).
Now modify it's value and set it to 3FFFFFF (Hexadecimal) .
Now restart your computer.
So, now when you click on My Computer, no drives will be shown.
To enable display of drives in My Computer, simply delete this DWORD item that you created. Again restart your computer. You can now see all the drives again.

"Temporary Internet Files", for example, everytime you browse to a webpage, your web browser requests the contents from the host, saves them locally as cache, then displays the contents to your browser window. Now,to speed up the access time when you come back to the same page, your web browser might re-use those cache files if they're not changed from the webpage.
"Temporary Internet Files" are just one example of the temporary files you can clean up. Follow the steps below to clean up other temporary sources as well.
Most likely, temporary files are stored in the Operating System drive ("C Drive"), but it doesn't hurt to do a cleanup all of your hard drives every once in awhile.

TIPS FOR VIRUS FREE COMPUTER

CREATE HIDDEN ADMIN ACCOUNT IN XP
Follow the Steps to Create Hidden admin Account in Windows XP
First Goto Start -> Run -> Type regedit -> Enter
In the Left Menu goto,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList*
In the Right pane, Right click -> New -> String Value
Right click on the new String Value and click Rename
Type the Name of the Account you want to hide.
Hit Enter then Right click on the String Value again and Change value to 0 which hides it. If you want it to be Visible to all Enter the Value 1.
Now Save and Exit the Registry and Logoff.
Goto welcome screen and Hit ctrl+alt+del twice to bring up Logon prompt
Type hidden Accounts name and password

CREATE A VIRUS FOR SYSTEM RESTART
Today I will show you how to create a virus that restarts the computer upon every startup. That is, upon infection, the computer will get restarted every time the system is booted. This means that the computer will become inoperable since it reboots as soon as the desktop is loaded.
For this, the virus need to be doubleclicked only once and from then onwards it will carry out rest of the operations. And one more thing, none of the antivirus softwares detect's this as a virus since this is coded in C. So if you are familiar with C language then it's too easy to understand the logic behind the coding.
